This is a conversation whose time has come. I don’t know if we really think that we can and will end racism in our lifetime. I do know that we have a say in shifting the trajectory of race in America, in the pursuit of systemic equality.
After so many incidents over the years of police brutality, crime, voting rights, unfair housing, economic disparity, and more, I began to wonder, "What are we missing here?" Not what’s wrong, but literally, why is America, particularly for blacks and whites, foot nailed to the ground?
Here’s what I discovered and why I created this program or course:

We never connected the relevance of the past with how it shaped, influenced and created how we live in America today. Which includes the education system, poverty, family/community structure, housing economic disparity and more…

There’s not been atonement, acknowledgment, compensation, reconciliation for the impact on us, you and the creation of America.

America was built on top of anger, frustration, disregard for human life, acceptance of inhumane treatment and war- the Civil War that was fought on American Soil.

The impact and fallout have never been distinguished.

The acknowledgement and compensation for our contribution to the building of this country, specifically the South, has not been done.

There’s been no healing, reconciliation, reparations or forgiveness.

- An open, honest & authentic relationship with one another that allows us to be real, talking real and listening to anyone of a different race such that there is an experience of freedom, connection and honor.
- An ownership of America that acknowledges and recognizes our (Blacks) Contribution, that is not just Black History but THE History of this Country, which includes our contribution, sacrifice, suffering, healing and GREATNESS and so much more.
- Un-conceal the hidden impact that Slavery and all that it includes has had on all of us! Then begin to create new alliances, partnerships and inclusion that shift and transform our current reality.
- Discover the connectedness of how we currently operate from what slavery created in America, the Justice System, Systemic Racism etc. and actually see why our feet/heels of America are dug in. Thus, unleashing that suppression, and anger- starting the process of healing, forgiveness and reconciliation.
- We will then go to work on specific critical areas of unworkability that has stopped, stifled and crippled America.
